Cancellation and Late Fee Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guest, please try to give a 24 hours notice from the start of your appointment should you need to reschedule, modify or cancel your visit with me. Should you cancel with less then 24 hours notice, a $15 per service cancelled fee may apply. This also includes noit getting a service that you are schedule for day of your appointments, That fee will be added to your bill day or at your next appointment. If you no call no show twice, I will no longer be able to service you.

LATE POLICY: In order to receive the full experience please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the appointment time we may need to reschedule or not fully be able to complete a service by skipping a style in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.. This would be considered a last-minute cancellation..

Service Re-Do and Retail Policy

I strive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and 
I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges for 14 days.
